I’m really into beans. At lest I was until I ate some soaked black beans with out cooking them. No fun. In my search for which beans to eat raw and which ones to not, I found this site http://www.sproutpeople.com. Its pretty cool. I learned from eating and reading that black beans are supposed to be cooked. If your interested check it out! Now I am researching different ways of filtering and distilling water. Oh yeah and dip recipes. I found one for a squash dip. More to come.
